We’re looking for people to help us support stroke survivors and their families find the strength they need to find their way back to life.

'Every patient I visit requires involvement with the Stroke Association. A family I am currently supporting described the support as ‘life saving’. They also support me with up to date information and signposting. I am currently raising money for the Stroke Association. This is how strongly I support this service as I know without it so many patients and families would remain vulnerable and lost.'
